Mindfulness bottle painting is a great addition to activities involved in world mental health day. Bottle painting gave students a chance to discover a creative and sustainable use of their downtime. Hopefully this will give students an idea on a relatively cheap way to de-stress, feel creative and practice up cycling! Personally, It is one of my favorite activities because i can dedicate my time to something therapeutic and resourceful which results in a beautiful ornament that i can be proud of.
